I believe this was taken in Panaji (Goa) but I’m not certain. The meters were mostly functional, unlike in Sri Lanka where one must negotiate with the driver for each ride.

I was driving in the snow along the mountain road to Hellissandur with this scene emerged unexpectedly. It was the only structure I encountered; occupancy status unclear. Taken with Diana F+ using redscale 120 film.
